How to measure correctly?

1. Chest circumference

Measure your chest circumference using a measuring tape, passing it under your armpits and along the most protruding part. Make sure that the measuring tape is close to your body and parallel to the ground.

2. Waist circumference

To measure your waist, first lift or remove your shirt, then stand up straight and exhale. In this position, hold the edge of the measuring tape at your belly button and wrap it around the narrowest part of your waist. Make sure that the measuring tape is snug against your body and parallel to the ground.

3. Hip circumference

Put your feet together and wrap a measuring tape around your thighs, running it along the points of your buttocks that protrude the most. The measuring tape should be parallel to the ground and snug against your body.
