How to measure correctly?

1. Chest circumference

Measure your chest circumference using a measuring tape, passing it under your armpits and along the most protruding part. Make sure that the measuring tape is close to your body and parallel to the ground.

2. Waist circumference

In this position, hold the edge of the measuring tape at your belly button and wrap it around the narrowest part of your waist. 3. Hip circumference
