How to measure correctly?

1. Chest circumference

Measure your chest circumference using a measuring tape, passing it under your armpits and along the most protruding part. Make sure that the measuring tape is close to your body and parallel to the ground.

2. Waist circumference

To measure your waist, first lift or remove your shirt, then stand up straight and exhale. 3. Hip circumference
