Return of goods
Returns are made exclusively at a Nova Poshta branch when placing an order by cash on delivery with an advance payment of UAH 200.

Prepaid delivery to a bank account
In case of partial payment to a bank account, delivery is at the expense of the recipient, regardless of the order amount.

What to do?
When placing an order, inform the manager that you want to purchase the goods by cash on delivery.
When you arrive at the post office, inform the operator of your intention to inspect the parcel.
If the product does not fit, Nova Poshta will send the parcel back.

In this case, the subscription is not refundable. If everything suits you and you pick up the parcel from the branch, 200 UAH will be credited to the cost of the order.

Exchange of goods
You can exchange a color or size within 14 days after receiving the item.

What to do?
Inform the manager of your intention to make an exchange in any convenient way: on Instagram, via the Telegram channel, or by phone.
The manager will send the address to send for the exchange.
Include a note in the parcel with the following information: surname and name, what to exchange for, and the data to send back.
The client pays for the exchange service. In case of non-payment, we do not pick up from the post office.

Повернення та обмін здійснюється тільки якщо річ не була в носінні, не стиралася, всі етикетки та ярлики на місці. В іншому випадку, посилка буде відправлена клієнту назад.

Goods of inadequate quality
We carefully check all items before shipping. If an unpleasant situation does occur and you receive an item of inadequate quality (defective production or the item does not match the one you ordered), be sure to let us know. In this case, the exchange will be made at our expense.

Attention: Goods of inadequate quality do not include items that differ from the declared photo in shade or accessories. Claims are accepted directly during the inspection of the parcel at a Nova Poshta branch. If the goods were taken home, we cannot make an exchange.

Exchange and return is available only for residents of Ukraine.
